SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

A. Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 6 business days following order confirmation. We can not deliver to P.O. boxes

B. Alternate address

You may choose to have your order shipped to an alternate address by selecting this option in the delivery information section at checkout. By choosing an alternative address, all pending orders will be delivered to this new address.

C. Delivery dates.

We use international courier service for fast and safe delivery of your order. Transit time is usually 3 to 5 days from date of shipment. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

D. Shipping cost.

Shipment is free for orders above VND 3,000,000 with delivery address in Vietnam. For orders with value below minimum order value for free delivery and international orders, a variable freight fee will apply.

There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.
